We accomplish this by sharing leading-edge knowledge and practices in the area of human resource planning.
 

The owner, and primary consultant, of People First is Andrea Soberg. Andrea has a Masters degree in Industrial Relations, is a Certified Human Resource Professional, and is a full-time faculty member at Trinity Western University's School of Business in Langley, BC. She has been consulting in human resource planning since 1984 and her clients have come from all over Canada. She works with those organizations that want to enhance their flexibility, competitiveness and responsiveness to changing markets. Andrea consistently receives top evaluations for her consulting projects and seminars as she works with executives, managers and work teams at all levels in the organization. Andrea is the author of Human Resource Planning: An Introduction.
